 Linda Jackson is the Practice Nurse Manager of Adult and Senior Health Practice and the Interpreter’s Pool at Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center (SURHC)-Downtown Campus. She has been an employee of Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center for over 3 years. Linda's personal philosophy is that providing excellence in care is more than words spoken; it is a passion that fuels her to provide care with integrity, professionalism and excellence but above all with kindness. A native of Kansas City, Linda graduated from Central High School. Linda always dreamed of becoming a nurse. She reached this goal upon graduating from Kansas City Kansas Community College’s Nursing School. Linda Jackson credits her mother for being her lifelong mentor and supporter. She says that the proudest moment in her life to date was walking across the stage to accept her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from the University of Missouri--Kansas City. Linda is very proud of the woman she has become and thanks her mother for helping her achieve it. Her favorite pastimes are cooking, reading and baking, which her 4 children love!
